shippingNET provides you with many standard processes for inventory management "out of the box". The processes can be divided into 4 groups:

1. Acceptance of goods

Takeover of goods

In the goods transfer you can see the list of all goods receipt orders, such as purchase orders from your suppliers. With the notification function, your suppliers can announce the expected arrival and the loaded goods in advance. This has the advantage that all preparations for rapid unloading can already be made. Of course, goods can also be received without prior notification. In the case of goods transfer, the receipt postings are compared with the open purchase orders. The rules for overdeliveries, underdeliveries and partial deliveries can be defined for each order item. Of course, all article requirements such as batches, serial numbers, best-before or expiry dates are always taken into account. The receipt bookings are assigned to the open orders and reported back to the leading ERP system in real time.

Picking - Goods Issue

In Commission Planning, specify which Issue Orders are to be picked. With the pick lists you control the removal procedure and thus the flow of goods. The individual consignment orders are processed with driving orders for the transport of the items and, depending on the procedure, are packaged directly or transferred to a separate packaging process.
