Organization List

With Organizations you can map departments of your organizational structure as well as customers, suppliers or partners. The specific characteristics are defined in the Organization Editor.

In the list of organizations, you can see all organizations whose responsible department corresponds to the master data filter.

Tip

Master Data Filter: You can see the master data of the department to which you are logged in and all those that are on the direct path to the top.

Delete selected organizations

This feature allows you to delete multiple organizations. The organizations are only set inactive.

Procedure:

  1. From the list of organizations, select the records you want to delete. To select multiple records, hold down the CTRL key.
  2. In the title action bar, click on the action Delete selected records.
  3. The system checks whether there are still open orders with the selected organizations. If you confirm the dialog, the organizations will be set to inactive.

Recover Deleted Organizations

  1. Remove the **Active" filter from the list of organizations and search for the organizational unit.
  2. Click on the link, the organization editor will open.
  3. In the action bar on the right, select Restore.

The organization is now active again and can be used in all other functions.
