Tours Charging Status
The Tours Loading Status displays the list of all shipments, grouped by tour, and their Loading Status for a specific shipping day. In addition, the drive commands whose creation date corresponds to the deployment date are evaluated. The assignment of travel orders to shipments is done via the scheduled orders in the dispatch schedul or via the packaged colli if there is no scheduled shipment for the travel order.
Note
Since you can in principle work with the dispatch schedul and/or the transport schedul, make sure that you have set the desired view in the title bar! Only the tours of the corresponding scheduling type are displayed.
In this list, you can see all shipments whose responsible department corresponds to the transaction data filter.
Tip
Transaction Data Filter: You can see the transaction data of the department to which you are logged in and all those that are under this department in all departments.

Procedure
Select the Deployment Date and the Ship Date. In this case, two date fields are needed, because it is possible that the goods are prepared on Friday, but are not to be shipped until the following Monday or there are holidays in between.
In the list for the selected shipping day, you will now see the shipments and Colli grouped per tour. In the right-hand columns you can see:
- the number of provided collis in 1/x notation
- any incorrect loading and
- the number of completed driving commands (FB) in 1/x notation
This display allows you to see at a glance which tours have been prepared and the progress of the goods provision for the others.
General List Functions
In the title bar, filter by:
- All: To see all transports and tours of the shipping day
- Error: To see only those tours where there were problems with loading or goods were missing.
- Completion missing: The loading completion of the transport is missing.
