Organization Group Editor

Organization Groups allows you to combine multiple organizations into one group. This feature is particularly useful for bulk shipment creation.

Create Organization Groups

You can create organization groups in the Organization Group Editor.

General

In this section you can see the most important information at a glance.

  • In the Name field, enter the name of the organization group. It is used for quick identification in all lists and selection boxes.

  • Enter the Responsible Department here to set the access permission for this organization group. Organization groups use the master data filter.

Tip

Master Data Filter: You can see the master data of the department to which you are logged in and all those that are on the direct path to the top.

Add

In the Name field, select the organization you want, and then click the Add action.

You will now see a new line below the input fields with the details of the organizations in this group. If you want to remove the organization, click the action Delete record.

Warning

Your changes will not be saved until you click the Save action in the action bar below the editor. If you leave the editor without saving, your changes will be lost!

Delete

To delete the organization group, select the Delete action below the list of organizations. Confirm the Delete Record dialog with the action Delete. The organization group is only set inactive.

Restore

To restore a deleted organization group, select the Restore action below the list of organizations. The organization group is now active again and can be used in all other functions.
