Discharge scan

During the unloading scan, the collis are unloaded from the currently selected transport. By unloading, you document which collis have been unloaded from a particular transport and thus also the receipt of the goods. The process checks

  1. whether the transport has been completely unloaded, and
  2. whether the submitted collo data is correct.
Note

The unloading scan is basically similar to the loading scan. During unloading, however, additional routing & shipment information is displayed so that the goods can be brought directly to the corresponding tour loading stations.

Discharge Scan

Discharge

  1. Select the transport for which you want to carry out the unloading.
  2. Specify the gate where the unloading process will take place. If you have installed monitoring systems, you will be able to analyze what is happening during unloading.
  3. Scan the collo numbers of the packages.
  4. When scanning, the routing info, the shipment info and the unloading point are displayed so that you can move the colli directly to its touring site.
  5. The stored collodata is displayed in the Properties area. If you notice any discrepancies, change the data such as loading equipment, dimensions and weight.
  6. Optionally, record any damage.
  7. If you have changed data, click on the Save Collo action.
  8. Repeat the process for all collis until all collis have been loaded.
  9. Complete the discharge, see Complete Discharge.

Colloliste

By selecting the transport, the Colloliste is displayed on the right. In this list you can see the progress of the discharge. Each successfully scanned colli is highlighted in green in this list. In addition, below the list you can see the number and weight of the Colli that has already been loaded.

You can filter the collo list to show either all, open, or scanned colli.

Scan Log

At the bottom right, the scan log is displayed. For each discharge scan, the Collo gets a Discharge Scan Status (USC).

To change collodata afterwards:

  1. Click on the corresponding line in the scan log.
  2. Change the data in the collo properties.
  3. Click on the Collo Save action.

Complete discharge

To complete the discharge, click on the Complete Discharge action. As a result, the transport will be upgraded to the status UCP Unload Scan Complete. No more colli can be unloaded.
