Shipment statuses
The shipment status icon is made up of the following components:
Routing Type: Pickup, Delivery, or Both. Represented by a small triangle to the left or right of the icon.
Shipping method: Parcel, general cargo, partial full load. Is represented by different colors. Additional shipping methods can be stored with individual colors for your processes.
Status: The current status of the shipment. There are corresponding pictograms for the current statuses.
Example for a general cargo shipment with pick-up and delivery, which is located in the starting depot:

Pickup: Your responsible department is responsible for picking up the shipment from the loading point. The actual execution will be carried out by the pick-up depot. |

Delivery: Your responsible department is responsible for delivery of the shipment to the unloading point. The actual execution will be carried out by the delivery depot. |

Pickup & Delivery: Your dedicated department is responsible for pick-up and delivery of the shipment. The actual execution will be carried out by the pick-up or delivery depot. |
Symbols per shipping method
| Symbol | Description |

Package: Shipments whose colli does not exceed certain limits in terms of dimensions and weight. Usually, parcel is used as a means of loading. Attention: There may be different limits per shipping partner. |

General cargo: Shipments with Colli that are larger or heavier than parcels. Special loading equipment such as Euro or one-way pallets is often used. |
 |
Part & Full Load: These are shipments that bring multiple lines of goods directly from a loading point to an unloading point. |
